Returns & Exchanges

At Thorsten van Elten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your items are securely packed to prevent damage during their return journey to our studio.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization Number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your parcel using a tracked courier service to our returns address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
